I know MH and others will give you good insight about this- but for my 2 cents worth- I'm almost done reading a book on Colon health --- and the dr. mentions that a blocked up colon is probably like 99% responsible for skin conditions- including boils and lumps, etc.
It seems it's the toxins that are trying to leave your pores in that area, because they are not able to leave efficiently through your bowel movements. Sounds like that may be what is going on in your case.
MH has a really good colon cleanser called Lower Bowel Balance-- I reccomend it since I've used it at night before bed- and the next morning I always get a good large bowel movment the next day.
Getting your colon cleaned out is one thing- but to keep it clean you have to stop eating the typical Western processed foods diet- and start getting more raw fruits, herbs and certain veggies, raw nuts, sprouted seeds, etc. Stay away from refined flour and even pastuerized milk--which creates mucous and further clogs up your intestinal tract and colon.
Another thing you may want to start doing now is paying more attention to your lymphatic system. Start walking more and every morning before you dress, brush your legs and entire body with a dry natural brush of any sort. I use those long handled types to reach the middle of my back.
I'll tell ya - it feels goooood!! I cant do without it now-and it helps get the lymphatic fluids moving throughout the body-- which will help cleanse the tissues-- even getting rid of any cellulite. If you combine this with keeping your colon and bowels clean, and eating more raw you may get rid of those bumps in no time!
Creams are not the way to go-- I would do the internal cleaning first-- and try the skin brushing.
There are other things too- but MH and others will give you way better input on that!
