PS: due to alignment of cosmic forces, MH has recently sprung into construction of a water therapy facility building......maybe some the web sites are experiencing some related "technical difficulties" :)

Looks like the old site is down and the new site is not up yet.

The 108 pages was up to 151 pages before the old site went down.... that's a lot of pages but it included much more info on just the orange juice fast. In a way you can say that the 151 pages includes much of the supporting information as to why the orange juice fast may be beneficial to you.

To simplify, the organge juice fast can be followed in it's simplest by limiting one's daily food intake to fresh-squeezed orange juice plus whatever herb/mineral supplements you want to add to this, which of course can vary widely and now this gets back into more questions, more details and the need to read all 151 pages again. Without answering all the important questions and providing all the additional important details, you could follow the basic "just drink fresh-squeezed orange juice" instructions for 1 day, or maybe 3 days, then see if you feel this is something you want to pursue further... perhaps working up to a 21 day fast, by which time, you may have had a chance to read & learn more of the info and details to be found in the 108/151 pages.

Example, you wake up, you squeeze the juice of two oranges into a glass, then add about another 4 ounces of pure or distilled water, enjoy. Repeat throughout the day as you feel necessary, whether or not this occurs and aligns with what you consider you "normal" meal times, or not. Good luck.

PSS - don't believe everything somebody tells you, better yet, don't believe anything somebody tells you, then try to work up from there by just taking in stuff other people tell you....lightly, if you will.... eventually you might be able to progress and work up to having a better foundation for what you will or won't take in, listen to, pay attention to and ultimately, believe.


PSSS - it's now about an hour after the fact of this post originally being posted, and the 108 pages web site seems to be back up and working again - see Dandelion's post above... I checked, it's working... for now. About an hour ago when warrior indicated it wasn't working, I checked, and it wasn't working..... but now it is working, again..... make sense?
