Hi, dreamingofHawaii!
I never tried the Schultz cleanse.
I just re-checked the website-- sorry, the price for two is $39.20 each (and they give you a break on shipping/handling if you buy more than one bottle) If you only buy one bottle, the price is higher- ($42.95) and THEN you have to pay shipping/handeling.

This morning, I eliminated an average amount of liquid bowel movement. It wasnt' burny like the "butt pee" after a liver flush.
It wasnt black or extreemly dark brown-- just medium dark brown. There was some very dark brown bits of debris floating on top of the toilet bowl. It wasn't horribly foul smelling as in some people's testimonies- but it was more yuckier smelling than my average bowel movement.
I also have to note that I feel very energized this morning! I wonder if it is because of the oxygen affect it is supposed to have.
Right now I am drinking a big milkshake size cup of water with squeezed lemon , and a tablespoon of
Bentonite clay and Psyllum husk added.
I plan on taking my vitamins at lunch instead of Supper-- and have purchased several bottles of organic fruit juices-- different kinds that appeal to me, like blueberry, apricot, tart cherry, concord grape, and coconot milks for my daily lunches at my job. I figure it's a good way to add more fluids to my diet and more easily absorbed nutrition and electrolytes. Neverthless, this bowel movement I just had was not like Diahhriea-- I don't feel queezy or chained to the toilet but I actually feel clean!.
I dont think this cleanse will make me faint of lack of electrolytes and potassium. But since I'm new at it, I will be making sure to get plenty of juices while doing the 7 day cleanse.
I hope it works for you !-- please drink plenty of fluids throughout the day-- and soups like Miso Cup which have seaweed may help.
I recall Andreas saying that sometimes ALL RAW can make the intestines constrict in some people-- depending on your body type. So he reccomends gently steamed veggies during supper time and the raw in the earlier part of the day.
