I am done with your program, I was very happy with all of it. I did my first liver flush sat.I got many stones and sand out..I noticed a "lump" right under my left breast, on my ribs, it is the size of an almond and it is sore. What would you recommend on shrinking this lump? I refuse to go to Dr's at this time.

MoreThis is a reply to # 721,334If I had such a lump I probably would massage it several times daily and see if it would dissolve. If it grows larger it may be an area where the body wants to expell, so the best method will always be to cleanse the body and correct all constipation of the body and restore flow. There are many things you can do, I would suggest my free booklet.
There are herbal methods and or medical ways if the lump gets larger, I would try proper foods and fasting correctly first.

This is a reply to # 721,348Thank you MH..I got your 108 page booklet and your first schooling book. I will go back to my books and read up on it..I have change my diet 5 months ago, I am on raw foods only, and lots of fresh orange juice..I drink around 3/4 of a gallon of fresh orange juice a day.
I am afraid to fast because I have so much metal in my mouth. I think I would have to get my 13 big filing out before I fasted.
My BMs are two to three a day, I am on your Lbowel balance too.

This is a reply to # 721,35313 and big ones to boot is bad news. Nothing works well when this much electricity is being produced in the mouth.
People fear pulling bad teeth, it is a choice that only that person can make. I believe once mercury was put in the tooth, that tooth will be a problem for life no matter what is done later. I say if your older than 50, do it right, if your younger than 50, save it if you can. That is just my ideas, it is a tuff choice and like Dr. Clark states, do not let a tooth put you in the box. I am afraid to say 99% do allow the teeth to put them in the box and they die from terriable diseases that last year or so.

This is a reply to # 721,368Thank you I am going to get test for mercury posions and other stuff. I am going to have all my teeth removed as soon as I can..I bet these filings are keeping me from getting well.
