I normally wait 3 days or no longer than 2 weeks.
Many years ago professional bicyclist attached a bottle to their bikes. The average perosn thinks this was a plain water bottle. It was a water bottle, but they had Lobelia in it to allow them to breathe more oxygen in while in the mountains and give them more strength via the more air.
You can also take some ginseng type product 15 minutes before a race or do the old Dr. Shulze method of cayenne right before a fight or race.
All stones should be out the morning of the flush. Eat plenty of vege or fruit that morning and DRIVE all the mud and stones out.
