"little red strings" could be pinworms(aka threadworms). From what I've read, just about everybody has pinworms from since they were kids. Our bodies just get used to them.

Oh yeah, and I've had headaches and dizziness on and off too. As the parasites are dieing, they start releasing all the viruses and bacteria their nasty little bodies have been storing, so don't be surprised if you get sick with a cold or flu also.

MH has said that while oregano oil does kill parasites, he recommends the Hulda Clark recipe of herbs for parasite cleansing as the best. So if you can convince yourself that you really do have freeloaders living in your body, maybe you should start downing some dewormer twice daily too. :)
