Very intestering what that old doc said about enzymes.

That is why many people advocate eating raw food. It has it's own enzymes and we don't have to draw on our body's supply to digest it. Makes sense.

There are plenty of enzyme thieves out there, I have seen peole spend a $1,000 a year on enzymes and any day they don't take handfulls they feel bad.

You want enzymes, eat raw food, fresh picked right out of the orchard or garden and they have plenty of live enzymes. Eat 1 pineapple a week and you'll have plenty! You can not put a live enzyme in a pill and the dead ones are of no value and these people that promote eating dead organs of sheep, etc. are on the bottom of my list of people that have zero idea what food is.

My diet? I have said 100 times or more that 1 book changed my life and I was so impressed I went to the expense to scan the thing and enlarge the print and high light the really good stuff, wgich is on every page and made a study guide for it and started what I call the school of self-applied prevention, a phrase from the Md that wrote the book.

I have also noted many times, never follow another, so what I eat or do is meaning less. I do not eat breakfast, I do not eat lunch and you shouldn't do this unless you educate your self as to why you shouldn't eat this or that way. I do not like to eat as long as yesterdays meal is in my intestines! I grow allot of my own foods and we have 3 deep freezes, etc. My wife does what she feels is best for her. Our kids start making their own minds at about age 6, until then I have them eating out of the garden fresh picked as much as possible.

I have made distilled water for over 15 years, but rarely ever drink it plain, where my wife most always drinks it plain.

The idea behind Longevity is to eat less food. The more food you have to eat to get satisfied, the less healthy you are in my opinion. Freedom is freedom from the table most of all.

The old medical books back about 100 - 60 years ago are loaded with studies of normal people who quit eating and drinking, they can be children and adults male and female of all ages.

You are right, we get all our real food from the sun, that is why acient peoples worshipped the sun and if you study that subject, you may learn a whole lot of things maybe you didn't want to know about religions! Starting in the 4th century over 7 million people were burned at the iron cross and we living today are a result.

The Breatharians are thought to be cycle in the history of humans, the same with the sexes. Just in the USA alone, a study was done with over 100 thousand people born with both sexes. It is believed the Breatharians are not odd and that we who eat are the odd ones, the sicker a race is, the more wrong food they need. The healthier a race, the less food they need and the less air and water.

If you start looking into studies, you will find the biggest cover ups and biggest bunch of murderers you could fathom! One example is how governments put bounty on people over the age of 150! They trained people to believe that these old people were demon possesed! They were hunted down and murdered! don't believe this, just look to the skies no matter where on this earth you live and eventually you will see the chem trail jets flying 5 miles apart spraying us all in the NAME of the good for all mankind!

Why spray us from above? What do Breatharians need? FRESH AIR!!!

We are sick people for many reasons, we need to know the enemy and avoid it as much as possible, you can not beat it, they ahve all the weapons of mass destruction and they are one and have been one for about 100 years and we are to them nothing more than cattle are to a farmer.

Sun gazing is easy, but only after you read about it and accept it, I have been sun gazing for about 2 years. I have one of the best eye books ever written and in this book, the doctor actually cured people by exposing their eyes to direct sunlight.
Again, don't do this, you have to be educated and accept this before you ever want to try it.

Becoming disease free for life is nothing but a choice, after that choice is made and applied, then there are thousands of cool things to learn if one so desires. Tomas Edison the famous inventor learned all his secrets the second he fell asleep. He used a device in his hands that awoke him seconds after he fail asleep and when he awoke, his knowlege was greatly increased! So many things and sun gazing, breatharinizm, etc. are only a drop in the bucket so to say.
