I think I can help you out. But first I need to make a clarification. I might have recorded some of the biggest stones stones here at Curezone, but to be honest my pain also came back after that last flush...just not quite as bad. The pain you describe & location sounds just like mine. I noticed on all my flushes it would be the same case. My pain would come back eventually. So I put my thinking cap on, & said to myself something else is causing this pain. Read on...I think your going to like this.
I got to thinking about my diet. My diet got better since starting the flushing but it still wasn't right. I got to thinking about the bad fats, so I did a lot of research, & it all made sense. The bad fats are saturated & hydronated & partially hydronated oils. If you have a fatty liver & I'm presuming I do, than continuing to consume these bad fats your liver is going to blow up & cause pain. I started reviewing Sandra Cabot's 'The
Liver Cleansing Diet' book very carefully & it all made sense. Also did a lot of research on the web & saved a lot of notes & favorates.
So I started incorporating this idea by eliminating the bad fats & only by the second day 'I WAS TOTALLY FREE OF PAIN!!' Boy was I excited!
In the following days I remained pain free as I kept away from the bad fats. But I noticed something. There's been a couple of times where I broke the rules & had something nauty like one day I had barbecubed ribs from my butcher shop & sure enough some of the pain came back. I noticed this with a couple of other food items as well. But as long as I stay away from the bad fats I have no pain nor discomfort...PERIOD.
Now this is not to say that this is definately your problem but it very well could be. How is your diet? Be honest. Do you eat at fast food places, this is a no-no. Even most other restaurants are bad. Do you eat fried foods? Definate no-no. Just try this for a few days or a week & see how you make out. It will not be easy. The bad fats are in a lot of stuff. When I think back of the bad foods that I would consume no wonder of my problems. Every once in a while at my butcher shop they would have these carrot cake containers sitting right there at the check out & they would look so good & I would take one or two every time. Well I looked up the bad fat content of this item & OH MY GOD... it was at the very top of the list. There was nothing higher, even straight oil.
If you do this don't knock out all fats. You need the EFA's which I do take. But hopefully you allready know this. In my case knocking out the bad fats & going on a low-fat or no-fat diet is especially hard because I have what is called 'MSG Symtom Complex'. Many of the recipes call for low-fat dairy such as low-fat milk or low-fat cheese. I cannot do that...I will suffer.
Just yesterday I hooked up my old printer so I can print out some recipes from the web. Also Cabot has a lot I'm interested in. It's not easy taking the time to cook right & staying away from restaurants, but you must if you want to feel right.
Well deven...I hope I have helped you out. If not you than somebody else reading this post. I had plans of making a separate post about this a little later on but I've been so busy in my research. I finally figured out what's been killing me these past 6 yrs. HOORAY!!
