Keeping a fasting Journal

I am probably just talking to myself, but I have been keeping a fasting journal this time around. I am going 30 days.
I was contemplating doing a blog of my journal after each week I finish. Would anyone be interested in that?
So far the only information I have in my journal is about how I feel physically, some activities, temptations, and detox signs.
I just started it so I can look back on what I have come through.
Let me know if you guys think I should blog it.

I think it is always a good thing to blog. I am blogging my juice fast. Day 10 today. I mostly do it so I can look back and see where I have come from, and get my feelings out. I love to read other blogs.

I think that i will too, but I am only doing it for 15 days. It's my first water fats and I just want to go slowly. I woul like to do this every 6 months or so maybe less.
I am listening to what people are saying, don't worry chickie!!!!
I read a lot more than I reply, I think that I am on page 69 of the replies to everyone. Just to be a bit more educated.
Thanks Anna for the idea of blogging.
I think it will help others who go in here and have never fasted before.
I was so lost when I came and wanted to do it so bad, but couldn't get it.
There are so many people who react differently form certain things.
I am an Atkin's dieter (remember) and so many people tell me to eat just to increase the veggies afterwards and then add the meat while others are saying to eat slowly on fruits and veggies. Dunno.......as I'm scratching my head.
I would sure hate to go the wrong way.
I may just go to a dietician before I start to break.
Good luck with oyur fast, you are doing awesome.

This is a reply to # 700,155Absolutely! It has helped me. I have a checklist for my daily jucing info and things I want to make sure I do a day, a blog here, and I wrote a contract to myself with rewards along the way...I have done fasts before, but apparently, I was having a tough time getting this one started. I would love to hear about your inspirational journey. The longest I have gone is 18 days...I hate to be an underachiever ;)

I found a thread and I think that oyu can go back to look at other methods of doing a liver/ gallbladder cleanse.
I am sorry that I have to put it here, but I couldn't for the life of me find your other post where you asked about it.

This is a reply to # 700,155You'll lose more weight in water the first couple or so days and then fat loss is supposed to be 1 pound a day from there.
In order to really detox you gotta fast until your tongue stops being coated with the nasty white stuff, your breath gets back to normal, and your eyes get clear, etc. For a smoker, as well as for someone like me and everyone else out there with a polluted body, it can take a while. That's why I'm doing at least 40 days on only water.
