I think that i will too, but I am only doing it for 15 days. It's my first water fats and I just want to go slowly. I woul like to do this every 6 months or so maybe less.

I think it will help others who go in here and have never fasted before.
I was so lost when I came and wanted to do it so bad, but couldn't get it.
There are so many people who react differently form certain things.
I am an Atkin's dieter (remember) and so many people tell me to eat just to increase the veggies afterwards and then add the meat while others are saying to eat slowly on fruits and veggies. Dunno.......as I'm scratching my head.
I would sure hate to go the wrong way.
I may just go to a dietician before I start to break.
