I'm starting today too, I'd like to join. I'd love to go all the way for a 15 dayer but I'm gonna start with a shorter goal I think. I just broke a 5 day "modified" fast last night with Pizza Hut. I was feeling so great, got past the day 3 and really had energy. I love the feeling of ketosis, burning the fat. Now I'm dragging and will probably be very hungry today, but I'm going to flush out all those carbs and salt with lots and lots of water. I started at 194 (use to be 155 before getting sick this year) and after 5 days am now at 186.
Because of illness I'm unable to exercise, so I'm trying to fast. I felt so much better physically during my fast, can't wait to get back there.
I'm looking to do water only, but I gotta have my coffee. Good luck to everyone,
