I had not long done a 3 day and then a 5 day fast so this meant within a month I had done 15 days in total! I got down to 60kg from 68kg in this 7.5 period. Personally I didn't think that much to the weight loss because It was rapid before. I don't know wether its the Kombucha or what then but it works. No I did nothing in the way of working out. I had a couple of 10 minute walks to a friends one day thats all! So basically if this is what many think as good then I suggest people try it themselves.
2-3 Litres of Water split throughout the day
1/4 tsp of Himalayan Salt for every 1 litre of water drank a day
500ml of homemade proper Kombucha Tea divided into 3 drinks throughout the day
At least once a day I would have 500ml of Ozone water towards my water levels
Its that simple and the kombucha helps with some of the side effects others talk about.
The reason I stopped my fast short of the 10 days was because I had real difficulty breathing today and could hardly speak. I was at my mothers and had no Ozone but luckily I got her some Oxygen drops from Wateroz and put 15 drops in which oxygenated my body taking the burden off the respitory within 10 minutes or less. I decided that was enough for now. Since quiting I've eaten a full medium pineapple, Apple, Orange, Cooking Onion, 1 tablespoon of Manuka Honey :-)
