my first day yesterday wasn't too bad. i drank lots of water and i got hungry three times. i've always been hungrier at nite and i found that my last hunger strike last nite was the hardest but i got through it. my hubby likes to eat late and was eating spegatti and garlic bread and the hole house smelled really good! so what i did was take in the smell as much as i can but did not watch him eat. instead i came here and read alot of posts. basically kept my fingers busy and my mind away from that.
i do have to say that Samantha Gregory has been my strenght and she's the one that's helping me the most. Thanks again for that Samantha!
today is day 2 and i expect that it'll be harder today. but i'm ready! i did go on scale and i know i shouldn't of cause i'm only loosing water weight right now but it was still nice to see that the scale has gone down 5 pounds! I'd like to just weigh myself once a week. i will be posting everyday here till i'm down to my ideal weight. so that means i'll be here a while. LOL
