i actually did start this morning, i'm in ausrtalia and we're monday night now..
i plan to go for 21 days, yes 21, unless if i feel sooooo good i don't want to have food again so soon, but for now, 21 days is my goal to reach, and i am very very determined!
i will be having only water as well, i already did a 17days water fats few months ago, which was great, and quite easy, after the first3/4 days..on racks!
so you can email me if you want, and i'll probably be here around dayly as well(i have a blog too:)

hi, today, tuesday, is day 2 and i feel already so much better!!!!
i had this huge headache yesterday, almost all day, but it's better now, ouf!!!
i'm not sure of my weight now,and so i'm not sure i'll post my weight loss, don't have a scale actually, here with me...
but i'll defenetely keep posted dayly about my feelings and progresses...
it's great decision we took for ourselves, just great!!!
i am sure, absolutely certain of the miraculous effects of fasting!
