I once read that, you can lose up to 10 percent of your body weight without the metabolism slowing down, so in your case, lose 18.8 lbs safely. Maybe a way to do it is to lose 18.8 lbs, then take a few days or a week to stabilise and stay on that weight while eating, then lose another 10 percent (16.92 lbs) and stabilise again. I haven't tried it, but it is just a thought.
Otherwise, I would think that you would still be able to lose weight after breaking the fast, but you might want to alter your diet so that you stay in ketosis (eat low-carb), or maybe eat only raw fruits and vegetables (a waterrich cleansing diet), or try out both by alternating every 4 days (4 days of raw fruits and vegetables, then 4 days of low-carb raw/natural/whole foods). I really am wondering about this too, and I wonder about what is the best thing to do. I do know that it is not good to eat heavy foods after fasting, cause the organs are not used to digesting anymore, and they might get damaged if you do eat oils, fats, proteins, chemicals etc. It is best to start with fruits and fresh juices for a few days, then maybe some salads and organic broth, etc. and some avocados (although they can be fattening). Don't eat anything heavier the first week or so. There is a lot of info online about how to break a

Also, if you eat, it is very helpful to eat only fruits and fresh juices in the morning till noon, and to eat other foods from noon to midnight. This way, you are eating according to the body's own cycles of elimination and absorption. It is also helpful to not eat anything about 4-6 hours before bedtime. This way, it is very hard to gain weight. It is easy to gain weight if you eat before bedtime, cause this is when we don't burn or need any energy, so most of it gets stored. If you are active during the day, you can eat enough according to your energy needs, but just don't eat at night, 4-6 hours before sleeping.
