btw 30 lbs in 2 years is incredibley logn tiem and certainly nothign major to attain so yeah maybe he soudns a bit off but tha tis an extrmemly long tiem limit tha tis less than 2 lbs a month!! you don't evn ehave to change a thing to do that jstu walkaround block once a night *smile*
