I have just started to use a Castor Oil Pack. I read where I can keep it, if stored properly, and reuse it. Since it is supposed to draw toxins out, how often should I discard the flannel and make a new one? I don't remember it specifying that anywhere. I know when I did a series of colonics, she kept my in a bag marked with my name. But it was only over the course of a few weeks and just a few times at that. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 599,554The cloth is washable. You do not have to throw it out. It can be hand washed in warm water with baking soda. Don't throw it in the washer with a load of clothes!
I am going to wash mine....I paid ten bucks for it and cannot afford to just throw it out every time. I read that you can keep the oil soaked cloth in the refrigerator between uses, wrapped in a piece of plastic then inside a baggie.
