Don't get discouraged, Donna. There
are going to be days like today when
you notice no progress. That doesn't
mean that you're doing the IP wrong.
Not even
Dr. Schulze expects 100
percent compliance with his programs. You've done it 95 percent
by-the-book. That's remarkable for
a woman with no history of cleansing, and no experienced helpers to guide her. Both you and
John are blazing new trails every
day. It's not easy to stay on the
high road. The cells in your body
that are still addicted to caffeine
and
Sugar and Advil want you to
return to your stimulants. It's
normal to have some down days. The
real test of character is not to
dismiss or downplay the very real
progress you've made in just 3 weeks.
Your eye-tic is gone; you can walk
almost a mile; you've developed small but palpable biceps muscles;
you've lost weight; you're having
regular bowel movements, in world-
class volumes; your skin is soft;
All this and more, Donna, in just
21 days! That's a truly remarkable
accomplishment, Princess. So don't
let one down-day get you and John
permanently down. You may not have
noticed any specific improvement
today, but that doesn't mean your
body has stopped healing. It's
probably working on something BIG
that will take a few days to flesh
out (pun intended).
John will bounce back -- and so will
you. God knows this ordeal hasn't
been easy for him. Even saints have
their off-days. And even heroines
like you can feel teary and doubtful.
Lots of people around the world are
praying for you Donna. CureZone is
so impressed with your ongoing story
that they sent out a six-pack of
your updates in tonight's newsletter. I'm new to this forum,
but I suspect that's unprecedented.
Tomorrow is another day. And if it
isn't a better day, then Monday or
Tuesday will be. Say your prayers,
repeat your affirmations, chat with
the Girls, and Thank God for
shaping you into a healing instrument through which a memorable
healing song is being sung.
Be At Peace, Donna. The best is yet
to be.
Blessings,
Owen
