I would not do a salt water flush on the day that you do a liver flush. If you are using Epsom Salts in your Liver Flush recipe, I would not do a salt water flush the next day either. You could do an enema the day after the liver flush, and another enema the second and third days after the liver flush. I would not do any enema the day of the flush, either before the flush or after drinking the oil. I would not do a salt water or Epsom Salt oral laxative on the same day of any kind of enema, whether or not doing the liver flush.
