Thanks everyone for the replies. I read some of your messages, and went off to try them out. The day has been a bit rough.
Incidentally, on Friday, I had some liver function blood tests done, and the results came back today. The reason I had the blood tests done, was because I was feeling nauseous, not wanting to eat, just full, full, full and blurgh.
So I was expecting worse results than my last liver results. But they came back extremely good. I checked with the lab, and no, they didn't accidentally confuse them. Which I knew was true (but had to ask ), because they did some other tests from the same tube, and they came back normally abnormal. (the immunodeficiency ones...)
Anyway, the Alk Phos, which was 118, had dropped to 77. The G.G.T which was 55, had dropped to 22. The Alt, which was 33, had dropped to 28, but its the first two that are significant.
So I'm sitting here, still with pressure under the RIGHT shoulder blade, wondering what is going on. The pressure also "catches" when I breathe. For the first time, I have a bit under the left one as well, and when I lie on my left side, my heart races. (My stomach feels pretty awful, but it did for three days after the first flush. My body really doesn't like that amount of oil). Other sore points are the pressure point on the outside of the right thigh half way down. The left thigh is a wee bit sore, but not nearly as extensively sore as the right.
Flowerchild, the sore part in the right foot that we discussed on the other thread went about two weeks ago, quite suddenly, and never came back. But the back pain, stayed. Sometimes there is front right hand side pain, just under the lower rib half way along.
Oh, and with the
Epsom Salts . It turns out I overdosed on that anyway. What I did was mix up three quarters of a glass of grapefruit with ES and take that, then I did the full jar (enough for four doses)forgetting to deduct the first one. So I had four doses in the three remaining doses. :duh
I still have rampant montezuma's and the whole of the stomach area sounds like Lord of the ring castle sound effects...squeeky doors, etc...
I can walk on sharp stones no problem. (But I've always walked barefeet ~ does that make a difference?) We have a gravel carpark to one side of the back yard (the gravel has sharp edges, not smooth like marbles) so I went out, and walked on that. It was a bit painful, but only because of the sharp edges: it didn't hurt "in" the body.
I also went to the chiro, but she said there was nothing wrong. I had an adjustment last Tuesday because I felt awful, and my neck was in need of tweaking..., but today, everything was fine.
The other thing that has been unusual in the last week, is my breathing. It's as if I "forget" to breath sometimes, so I have to make myself take deeper breaths, and that's unusual for me, as I am a natural belly breather.
So I know something is going on, but can't figure what now. I thought it was my liver, but maybe that's not the main problem.
In terms of 'weight' of stones, the amount I got out today was over twice as much as last time, but the largest one was 1
cm across, about 9 were slightly less, and the rest were 4mm 5mm ~ mostly small ones. Last time, most were about 1 cm.
Maybe its my age. Hormonal. I'm 49, have missed a period (not pregnant ~ I know, for sure...). Since the doc wants to see me today, maybe I'll discuss thyroid (tiredness) and hormones, but I can't see them being related or abnormal. So what does that leave? Maybe digestive enzymes?
My doc is a "weird" doc. Believes in nutrition, liver flushes, acupuncture, zappers and other "unusual" for doctors things. But invariably, I have worked out what is wrong for myself. In the end, the doc is just a sounding board. and often, wrong. Like when he thought I had a laryngocele, and I thought it was a thyroglossal cyst. I was right, and the doc was wrong. I did nothing about the TC ~ far too dangerous to remove it.
I'm very tempted if I do another flush, to use the coke one. Maybe that will cut the oil more efficiently and less obnoxiously than the grapefruit juice. And if coke dissolves teeth, maybe its the better one to use than citrus juices anyway. Just thinking out loud...
My only worry is that because I never drink Coke, I might not be able to sleep. Not that I sleep well when doing a flush anyway. We can't get any of those capsule things here to help you sleep...
enuf.
Thanks for reading, if you got this far...
