pick that needle up and shove that sucker in there!!!
that's what i would say, too. there are reports of people who have self-administered IV ozone successfully. read ed mccabe's "flood your body with oxygen". in it he describes very VERY carefully how ozone is administerd IV-ly. so if you have the courage and the equipment to do it, following his advice carefully you could safely do it by yourself.
but inform yourself painstakingly! in any way you want to put a gas into your vein - which is surely a different thing than using a liquid. there are other things to consider!
the most important thing he stresses is that the procedure should be done exceptionally SLOWLY!!!!
according to ed mccabe, mr.oxygen, there are NO - i repeat NO - cases known in which ozone therapy had a negative effect on the health of the patient or did a harm to a patient. it is one of the safest therapies and one of the most effective ones know to humankind! a 1980 german statistic reported over 5,5 million applications of the ozone therapy on over 300,000 patients with a risk factor of 0,00007%. the cases which did report some complications were not even remotely fatal or health damaging (it was i think 3 or 5 "bad" cases) resulted because of the inexperience of the person who administered the therpay. speak practitioners who weren't trained well enough or had an unsufficient knowledge about it.
in any way, buy the book:
