I am planning to do the Ultimate Fast, followed by the Liver Cleanse, and would like to clarify on the procedure bfore I start.

From what I understand, I will have to do the Lemonade Diet together with BP shakes and Clarkia for eight days.

What I need to know are:

1) do I have to finish two bottles of Clarkia for a full parasite cleanse or will one bottle be enough since I am doing it as part of the Ultimate Fast?

2) do I start on Liver Cleanse on the 9th day OR after I finish the Clarkia and CoQ10?

3) if I can do Liver Cleanse only after finishing the Clarkia, will it be alright to go back to normally diet after the 8 days fast?
