Thank you for your suggestion, lovetobehealthy. I have done some reading on the Dalai Lama. I'm sure he DOESN'T spend his time thinking of "dumb things". My question was one of respect, asking what replace those "dumb things". Your answer didn't provide the clarification I was looking for, though.
