I know that this is not the coconut oil forum (this did not escape me, lol) but I do know a few of you use coconut oil that might not visit the coconut oil forum so I wanted to post this here for your benefit. I've simply copied and pasted an email I sent to John to save time--the twins just went down for a nap and I have 29.2 minutes to eat and finish paying bills! lol, jk on the time
Hope you had a Merry Christmas John. :) I am ready to start making an order for the coconut oil. The Virgin Phillipine oil from Wilderness Family Naturals will be $41 a gallon with the bulk ordering, the Virgin Centrifuge will be $45 a gallon and the Expeller Pressed will be $19 a gallon. They will need to pay for shipping to their location, they can go to usps.com and estimate charges for a 9lb package from zip code 73661 to their zip code then add that to their payment. They can send me payment via paypal at secretariat88@yahoo.com if they would like, for this they will need to add 30cents plus 3% for the paypal charges (if I have to pay fees on a several hundred dollars worth of orders sent to me it will really add up out of my own pocket!) If they would like to send payment through the mail they can send to Caitlin Dobbs, Rt1 Box10C, Rocky OK 73661 and their coconut oil will be shipped upon receipt of their payment. It will take a few days to gather everyone's order so please allow time for that as well. You are welcome to copy and paste these directions directly John and anyone can email me directly at the above address as well should they need anything. Also if they would like a price list from Wilderness Family Naturals on all of their other natural products and I will be happy to ship them with their coconut oil order as well. Thanks John! This is a reply to # 407,395Whats wrong with the 100% all natural coconut oil made by LouAna, that Walmart sells for less than $3 a quart? With no chemicals used or added for extraction.

Because from what I understand it is made from copra, smoked dried moldy coconut shreds. Nasty. If you've ever tasted centrifuged virgin coconut oil in comparision--well there really is no comparision!! Centrifuge is much better, not to mention much better for you. And it says a 100% natural but with it being copra I highly doubt that it hasn't had something used on it to make it more palatable, it could have been something natural but still caustic. You know poop is 100% natural but I wouldn't pay good money for it. :) Wal-Mart is well known to sell imported items from third world countries, the quality could be very questionable. I've read of a couple of people that have used it and it smoked at a very low heat, coconut oil should have a high smoke point. It makes me wonder if it is not tainted--mixed with other cheaper vegatable oils to thin it down. Still 100% natural, but nothing you'd want to ingest if you care about your health. It would be interesting to have it tested and see. Until it is tested I will stick with a source that I know to be reliable, since you usually get what you pay for. A quart of virgin is $21 through WFN. A gallon is $55 for the Phillipine, $65 for Centrifuge. So it is a much better deal to buy it in bulk. :) I don't mean to sound negative about the LouAna, I am just telling you why I would not take it myself. Hope that helps, Caitlin Lorraine

This is a reply to # 407,398LouAna Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil is a high quality refined organic coconut oil. This oil is processed the "old" way by what is called "physical refining."
The modern way of processing coconut oil is by chemical extraction, using solvent extracts, which produces higher yields and is quicker and less expensive.
I saw a man that had skin cancer on his nose. A biopsy proved it to be malignante. He refused treatment (surgical peration) and he ate coconut oil every day and also rubbed it on his nose, And the cancer disappeared!!

I would think that it is a very real possibility that the coconut oil reversed it. From what Doug Kafmaun says cancer is fungus, coconut oil is anti-fungal so it could have a very definite effect if this is true. :) Coconut oil is good for whatever ails you in my opinion. My husband laughs at me but I use it for everything. :)
