Well I have to say you have me motivated here! I am doing 1 P shake a day. I find it is constipating so I took some colosan last nite and only went a little this morning. I don't want to get dependent on laxatives. I have been drinking water after the shake and starting my morning off with a glass of warm water but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions? I know I need to build up to 3 of these a day and was wondering how you do that. It should be on an empty stomach and if you can't eat for a couple of hours before or afterwards how do you fit it in? Is there a book you could recommend on all this so I don't feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants:) Thanks Gayle
p.s. The acid reflux is almost history and I really feel good!!
