about a year ago...i started some yoga every day and switched to a 90% raw diet within a few weeks, all my joints were popping and cracking really loud...mainly my elbows and knees but also shoulders, wrist,ankles etc.....i switched my diet back after that and stopped the yoga but i still get alot of cracking and popping off and on every day but now seems only in the elbows and knees.....has been going on for this whole year....never any problems before the yoga and raw diet....please let me know if anyone has insight here...thanks
