First of all, forget all about pH when it comes to digestion. It's very confusing.
You do need to know the stomach has acids and the small intestine has alkalines. But if vinegar and lemon juice are making you even worse, chances are very high that the problem is actually with a very bad gallbladder/liver due to too much stress from childhood on up, emotional and physical/diet stress.
After even one
Liver Flush you should see some amazing changes. so start preparing for a liver flush, follow all the guidelines in the increasing digesetive power notes that work for you in the meanwhile.
Mostly you need to eat small meals; take water in between meals not with the meals; never drink iced drinks, only tea; drink peppermint tea; never eat raw foods, or deep-fried, or dairy; take digestive enzymes.
Start taking liver-supporting herbs (see liver notes for suggestions) and once you startt aking them regularly, start taking flax oil, one tablespoon 3x a day.
