I didn't really poop at all yesterday; I felt a little constipated. This was even after eating prunes. I had to poop first thing this morning, even before eating breakfast.

Anyway, it looks like I'm having the same thing today. I rarely feel like I've totally emptied my colon after a bowel movement.
