I woke up today morning feeling stiff and tired, having overslept by an hour. Soon I began to have moderately painful cramps in my stomach. I had a normal bowel movement.
I suppose I have some kind of unhealthy microbes in my stomach which are causing this. If I saw an allopathic doctor he would call it gastroenteritis, perhaps. Could there be another, more naturopathic, explanation?
I've decided to do a
Water Fast for a while. I woke up 5 hours ago and haven't eaten anything so far. I feel slightly hungry right now but I'll continue to fast until the hunger increases significantly. Then I may take some fruit.
What else can I do for this?
Would it be wise to take an enema, or might it increase the intensity of the cramps? The cramps are not in the colon it seems, but in the stomach, so I don't see that happening. At this time I feel too enervated to take an enema though.
What about a hot water bottle on the abdomen?
If this remains for a couple of days I'll see a homeopath or an ayurvedic doctor.
