Commercial lotions are generally not recommended because they tend to block the pores. Sesame oil can be used because it actually helps draw toxins out of the skin. Massage it in, cover with a cotton sheet or towel for twenty minutes or so, then rinse off in a warm shower (no soap). Your skin will feel clean and unbelievably soft. Another good deep skin cleanser is an
Epsom Salt rub. Wet the body, then rub all over (avoiding sensitive areas)with
Epsom Salts mixed with just enough natural soap to make a thick paste. Then rinse well under warm shower. This will exfoliate and remove surface skin toxins. You can apply a very light film of sesame oil while the skin is still wet, then blot the rest of the moisture with an old soft towel. You won't believe how soft your skin will feel if you do this once a week. Coconut oil is also great for skin care and does not leave a heavy oily residue when lightly applied. You can use the inexpensive coconut oil for skin care.
