It is best to have a 3 to 1 ratio of vegetables to fruits so you do not get all the fruit sugar. Basically, skin problems may clear up since one is not eating processed foods and GI system does not have to do as much work digesting liquid. It is best to use organic vegetables and fruits to avoid all the pesticides. The thing is
juicing needs to be repeated once a month or so (or not sure how often it should be done) to cleanse your system. It is important to change your diet to a healthy one since it does not make sense to eat processed foods for a month, then do juicing, then eat processed foods, then do juicing, etc.
