My sister and I often eat at a health food store/resturaunt for lunch, and I asked the super-nice folks that worked in the store part about doing a fast, one of the owners told me about this "famous fast" and went to find the book. Meanwhile, the woman clerk was telling me about her success with it, and how she lost 21 lbs. in 14 days. The owner came back with the book, as I looked at it, it was as if I had looked at that cover every day of my life. It was so familiar to me, and I turned to my sister and asked her what she thought of the cover of the book. She said that she recognized it as well. I immediatley bought it because I was so drawn to the yellow and green cover. The two of us decided that my grandmother (a health nut) must have had that around her house when we were growing up. I have not had the chance to ask my grandmother about it... if she doesn't remember it, then I have some other connection to the book... I've just got to figure it out...

Went on the Sadkhin's Diet http://www.sadkhin.com/home/forum.php that I read about in First magazine. I lost alot of weight however developed a gallstone problem. My family was telling me that I may have to get my gallbladder removed. I panicked. Search the web and found curezone :) Been healing myself since and still have gallbladder! :)
