yes! very uneventful....cramps werent as bad as usual

Augh, Yes =( and was having the worst cravings but didn't give in! Let me tell you the doritos bags were just not calling my name but screaming it! I didn't have any cramps or headache just very tired, sleepy and had to go home and take a recharging nap after work. Then it was all great.

yup me too- bleeding right now as a matter of fact
this isnt like a water only fast- i never got my period on that- i think since we are taking in nutrition and working on the rebuilding side of it as well as the cleansing side, it shouldnt stop the cycle
no cramps or cravings for me on the cleanse though- only irritating thing is that it comes on without warning- i was totally unprpared this time!

It totally took me by supprise! I am a bit irregular but know when it is coming as I eat like a pig for three days. I usually suffer with bad cramps and nausea for the first day or two, but not this time. I wish every month was like this!
