I "go to the bathroom" and it feels like I am a proud father of a mac truck. This isn't a joke. I just like to use humor to make myself feel better.
After the mac truck birth I see these little rabbit pellets with white coatings etc... BUT I will say that I am glad they aren't floating anymore. They used to float. I can't seem to "defecate" normally while attempting to eat healthy (fish, lean meats and vegetables.) Do I need to eat more fatty foods or something? I don't get it.

This is a reply to # 1,997,103Sure you have tried these but, soluble fiber might help some and, probiotics have lessened constipation and increased stool size/complete emptying. Then again, I eat lots of yogurt everyday as well.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,997,103fat has its purpose in bile letdown, but this forum is filled with people further deteriorating because of the excess of fat...because they cut carbs and need to fill the void....and they somehow think drinking saturated fats will heal their illness. It just makes the real recovery longer. I get accused of selling something by telling people to not waste money on supplements, naturopaths, expensive meats.....having food in stool is one warning sign of a fatty liver. I get disagreed with up and down with people on here obsessed with fat consumption and living a fungal hel1. Get a liver specialist and GI. Candida as a primary disease is a farse. A yeast caused by colitis and malabsorption disorders....

I agree candida is a symptom of another condition but, candidasis is a genuine condition."Get a liver specialist and GI."
Perhaps a endocrinologist would be of greater benefit if one experiences symptoms such as low body temps which are very common with candida and attributed to being a 'candida symptom', yet are only a candida symptom due to being a symptom of the HPA axis (endocrine system) working through dysfunction. The more I research my own case, I'm convinced endocrine issues are more of a concern than fatty liver.
That's not saying liver issues are not also common with candida since they are: due to your theory but, also due to the mycotoxin overload straining them perhaps beyond any fatty liver concerns.
Some of the 'fermentation and purification'issues you attribute to fatty liver seem to be signs of disbiosis - this should explain my reasoning behind this statement. www.ulcer-cure.com/Other_Disorders/dysbiosis.php
Again, further reserach might help everyone understand their own unique conditions more productively.

This is a reply to # 1,997,103I have the same problem unless I eat two big salads a day. Recovering from the flu where I couldn't hold down salad - definately saw the difference.

This is a reply to # 1,997,103I am surprised that you asked this question, knowing full well that after several years of being the forum, that your diet will not do anything. You have a parasite; and you need to have a rpoper diagnosis and get the proper meds. So many people have debated that on this forum.

This is a reply to # 1,999,281Yeah guys dont expect much from your diet if you are enough sick. Being said that, my diet its super clean and so far its working because I am passing mucoid plaque/candida/ parasites rather frequently with enemas and stools -something that didnt happened before.
