If you can aford it, no point in waiting with starting DMSA + ALA + R-LA ala cutler chelation program. Also add in NAC and MSM after a while, if it feels ok.
Make your Real and Blue Vervaine either vodka or mead based, or with ozone/CO2 sodastream. Guzzle down that stuff.
Make Legal Yogurt from the best milk you can get, or make some coconut yogurt with SCD legal probiotics if you are casein intolerant. You can add small amounts of colostrum and or Transfer factors to boost it. Consume large amounts of yogurt.
Take Barley malt for brain enzymes, have manitoll available for killing critters in the brain.
Take some core basic minerals like: Silica, Tri Boron, Calcium, Magnesium malate, Molybdenum, Manganese.
Take b vitamins, Ascorbic Acid,
Lugols Iodine.
Use iP6 if you feel ok with it, made a huge positive inpact on my body. Turning oxidized rust iron to bio available iron (which my bloodcells lacked) and boosting the T Killer cells to fight of Babesia and possible Lyme etc.
Take small dosage of Chelated Copper and a tiny bit of Zinc picolinate.
Make your Reverse alchemy manna, with Himalaya salt, MSM and a pinch charcoal and zap for 6 min. Drink couple
oz every day.
I treat Lyme daily for short period of time. Borrelia Garinii + Afzelii every day for about 10 min each. Bugdoferi every couple a days. Bartonellas, Babesia, Ehrlichia, Rickettsia, Brucella almost every day. The other co-infections according to newport is listed here:

I also treat a bunch of stuff on a regular basis, but that is very individual I think, so you need to experimenting with scripts to feel where you get hits or resonance.

Best of all is just to continously reading up and searching the older post on this forum, and all the good rants from newport. Just keep learning and learning is your best bet. Keep listening to your body and try to really tune in and experience whats going on. It is a long marathon, but you will learn a important life lesson, and remember you are strong enough to handle this, since you are living to experience this.
