Well I have been away for a while as I continue to work on my own well being. My blood work did not yield all the results I had desired. On a few positive notes my Kidney's were working outstanding and seemed brand new. My Cholesterol was down from already good numbers. My CD4 count shifted slightly down and my Viral load shot up. The tests also demonstrated some elevated liver enzymes in the blood, which I believe is a result of some cleansing I had done not long before my tests. I have experienced some swollen lymph nodes around my body otherwise my health feels strong.

I have continued to work with my Naturopath in the area and have begun to crack out a few other options to help knock down the viral load. I'm not going to go into what those are as they are not part of the Schulze/Christopher therapies but I will say they are still in the realm of Natural Healing. I am preparing for another IP with focus on eliminating some potential Candida overgrowth, getting my liver well flushed and heavy focus on the anti-viral therapies (2x CST weekly, High Enema's, Garlic & ACV Implants, & various others.)

My studies at the SNH continue, I should be receiving my Herbalist Certificate here in the next month or so. Working on my Advanced Herbalist Courses now. I am still tincturing my own herbs and formula. Which brings me to my show and Tell... I recently received a Tincture Press, it is beautiful and works wonderfully. The herbs come out nearly dry and my tincture yields have increased by 50-60%. With the cost of certain herbs being so pricey an additional 50-60% is a great reason to spend the $60-$100 on a great tincture press.

I'm gonna disappear again, I come troll around when looking for encouragement and to check on how everyone's doing. Keep up the healing work.
