My wife takes blood pressure medications. I got her some black seed capsules but she will not take them until I prove they will not interact with her medications.
I am normally fairly good at researching over the web but I can find nothing either way. Is there any information that I cannot simply find?

There is no information on those particular drugs compared to nigella sativa. There are hundreds of websites that will tell you there are no known side effects or interactions unless you are pregnant? Black seed or Nigella sativa does become toxic with large dosages over 25 grams but no body in their right mind would do that.
You bought capsules? From where? 1 capsule is equal to 1/4 teaspoon of oil. So in order to get 1 teaspoon you need 4 capsules. Now the problem with capsules is most all companies do not produce the capsules theirself, they purchase them from an outside company such as The kitchen Doctor, who I hate, Blessed Sunnah, which I hate and Amazing Herbs. The blessed seed also purchases the capsules from an outside company.
So what is the harm? The harm is you do not know what you are getting and certainly not the good quality oil that is being promoted. Now most directions come with the bottles state to take with food which is an outright lie. These capsules must be taken on an empty stomach and when taking that many capsules on an empty stomach, it will cause some stomach distress.
The black seeds themself need to be heated first. Now a way to get around all of this is to open the capsules and pour the oil on some honey and give it to her that way or in some juice.
I have a wonderful recipe for energizing honey if I could send that to you and you can give her some of that and just plain don't tell her it is to lower her bp. In the end can't force people to take what they don't believe in. Sorry.

I much prefer the oil myself but my wife refuses to take anything in a powder or oil form. Pills or capsules only.

This is a reply to # 1,966,049I recently put Swanson vitamins on my preferred list and I know the capsules are of good quality. Amazing herbs is what my mom takes. They are not the very best as with Mountain Rose but I do know my mom has been taking them for around a year. She had problems with The Kitchen Doctor's and when she bought direct from Amazing Herbs she was much happier.
I think they would be very good for you. I wrote today on Natural News about the fact that I have little or no wrinkles and only a slight bit of gray hair on the temples compared to much younger women. I attribute this solely to my use of black cumin oil.

This is a reply to # 1,966,112Your post makes me feel confident. These are for my wife. I plan to order some oil from Mountain Rose Herbs for myself.
I agree totally with your earlier statement about trying to get someone to take something they do not believe in. Although my family and friends can see the benefits I have gained since frequenting CZ, they refuse to try the things themselves.

and well she did not like the references to Allah, but she learned that the oil or seeds healed many diseases. So she ordered her first batch and got sick. That is because the Kitchen Doctor wrote to take them on a full stomach. Mom thinking that they knew more than me, daaaa. So I convinced her to follow my instructions on how to take them and walah here we are 1 year later.
She will buy her pills religiously, even before food. She now has a 3 month stock so she does not run out, but in the beginning she refused.
I wish you wellness. This will heal so much for her, such as UTI if she ever gets one. 3 days flat and it is gone. Oh well here I go preaching.
