When you have confusion on what you should do or not do, the easiest thing is to think about what they would have done 1 million years ago.
They didn't have any of these crazy soaps or toothpaste, and guess what? They evolved perfectly. We don't brush our dogs teeth or our cats teeth (most of us), or any other wild mamal....so there honestly isn't any reason that you MUST brush yours.
The reason that we have problems is because we eat junk food. Cut out the junk food and you will solve nearly any oral problems you could encounter...
I've been doing this for 12 weeks and haven't used a single drop of toothe paste, I've only went over my teeth 3 times with an electric tooth brush and water making sure my lips didn't get touched.
Whether or not you get them wet is completely up to you, I'm going to go about not getting them wet to see how fast they heal, while others are getting them wet...there is no set in stone method to healing your lips or which way is fastest, we are still working on that answer. Feel free to get them wet if you feel you need to, but just never use any kind of soap or anything on your lips! I haven't used soap on my body for virtually over a year and cut out shampoo completely...all these things are a marketing gimmic if you ask me. The body needs the things these products "kill" off in order to build the immune system and make it stronger.
So just do what you feel is best and easiest, we haven't devleoped a set plan to heal yourself the quickest way yet...but we're working on it. Just be sure to document your progress so that when you do get healed you can share it with others down the road.
