Depends upon the person but I would do:
*100 mcg (micograms) of Chromium Picolinate in the am (it's ok to break open the 200 mcg capsule)
* 100mg of B3 in the evening. Note it's Niacin that causes flushing not the other kind.
Over 2 weeks work up to 300mg of B3 in the eve and *maybe* 100 mcg of CP in the am, and another 100 at lunch. Take the CP with food, for sure. If it makes you really light headed back off.
Others seem to be able to take lots more than this. Not me, although worked up to 400mg of Niacin every other night now.
And if you want to sleep, Niacin sure makes me drowsy, but doesn't seem to have that same effect for all.
