I am attaching the website for the FDA that lists instructions/methods for how to report your adverse reactions/symptoms caused by Mirena. You can do this online, over the phone, or print out the FDA form and either mail/fax it back to them. We have been trying to report our horrible experience with Mirena directly to Bayer, but their website won't take the information, says 'error' when trying to submit it, so we called and left several messages, when we finally got thru the lady we spoke with at Bayer was openly skeptical when we were telling her what Mirena has caused and then she ended up saying "I can't understand you" which made absolutely no sense, (she was very rude) and she told us they would have to send us forms to fill out (which of course they never have). Not surprising that Bayer is making their complaint/adverse reaction reporting for Mirana so difficult. I wonder how many other women they have done that to? Wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that this POISON is still on the market? If you have not made a report of your symptoms, please take some time and do it. It's critical. Just think it every women who has posted on this forum alone would make a report to the FDA, what a difference that might make? Thank you so much.
