I'm afraid that this one is over my head for the most part.  From what I can tell, mainstream medicine options for treating Amyloidosis are pretty scary - such as heavy chemo.  My initial thoughts are to take measures to cleanse and protect organs which may be affected and, since Amyloidosis is a cell-proliferative disease to take a look at items such as supplemental oleander extract which have been successful against cell-proliferative diseases such as cancer.
