Many people have found that Apple Cider Vinegar is a wonderful natural remedy for weight loss. Some research suggests that apple cider vinegar increase our metabolism, which helps us burn more calories even when we are resting. Therefore a simple weight loss home remedy is the following:

That's not entirely true. The weight loss properties are tought to be because ACV slows the digestion of carbohydrates and starch on the stomach.
A japanese research study from 2009 proved that the weight loss was only 2.2lbs after two months of taking 2tbs of ACV twice daily after lunch and supper. ACV by itself won't produce life changing effects, it must be accompanied by exercise and healthy dieting. Also there are dangers like teeth enamel erosion if taken too often and throat burns if taken too undiluted or too much quantity.
Proper precautions must be taken to drink ACV for weight loss but combined with other healthy weight loss measures and common sense it can promote a healthy weight loss. Source: findgoodhealth.org
