well I do know most people believe that vinegar in the body acts as an alkalizing effect on the ph.
Years ago reading Dr D C Jarvis' book Vermont folk medicine, he used apple cider vinegar to alkalize the body and bring people who were sick due to being too acidic back to health.
He recommended as does the link below testing the ph level of the urine with nitrazine ph paper which I used to get by asking a pharmacist. Now I believe they have test strips.

As far as acidity, meat and animal products are extremely harmful to the body according to Dr Joel Furhman the author of eat to live.
It also robs the body of calcium as animal foods make the body too acidic and the body tries to help this situation by releasing calcium to try to blunt the strong acidity and this leads to bone loss and osteoporosis etc.
The book the China Study showed that we in the US have about 50 times hip fractures despite having one of the highest consumption in the world of dairy products and calcium supplements than New Guinea which consumes little to no dairy products.
Animal foods contribute to
kidney stones as they are at least 80% calcium.
Dr Jarvis used apple cider vinegar to cure
Arthritis and spur growth to runts of the litter in both animals and people (he was an md and also a vet too)
He said in Vermont they have long used vinegar due to heavy minerals in the water and water. The water leaves calcium deposits on the inside of water heaters and tea kettle and they boil water in vinegar and put in in these items to dissolve the calcium built up on the inside.
This works for people too. Butchers noticed a difference in cows slaughtered as far as it they were fed apple cider vinegar or not.
Those fed the vinegar had hard to cut through bones and easy to cut through flesh and arteries as the calcium went to the bones and not the joints and veins.
The cows not fed the apple cider vinegar over their rations had easy to cut through bones and hard to cut through flesh, arteries and joints as the calcium went there and not to the bones and teeth.
vinegar will make arthritic pains go away as it causes the calcium that is in the joints to leave and go to the boens where it is supposed to. But if one discontinue drinking it three times a day, the
Arthritis will come back.
To me it seems that this would help not hurt
kidney stones by possible dissolving them or sending the calcium to the bones and this article I linked to says that acidity that comes from eating animals is linked to osteoporosis and kidney stones.
He used Heinz vinegar but this vinegar is really not that safe to use according to Patrica Braggs in her book apple cider vinegar. Never buy vinegar in plastic bottles as it causes the plastic to leach into the contents.
Instead use raw, unpasteurized vinegar. You can find it at health food stores and sections of the supermarket. The most commonly found brands are braggs, spectrum and eden.
Fill a glass with about an
inch of the vinegar and fill with lukewarm water. You can also add raw honey although I sometimes add
Sea Salt as I like the way this tastes.
Furhman said one of the first things they learn in medical school is that meat is very harmful to the kidneys so you might if not already consider becoming a vegan at least for now.

Arthritis very interesting and it was he who popularized taken vinegar that is so common today.
I do know that Dr Schulze said when people took his
kidney cleanse they sometimes had a lot of burning and pain when urinating and this was due to the acids being released from the kidneys not the kidney herbs in a type of cleansing reaction. I would guess that is what you are having and if it was me I would give up animals products and also take the raw apple cider vinegar but that is up to you.
To be frank I doubt the average urologist would know the answer to your question but they will act like they do..they will just say nothing alternative works and it is a waste of money and take this pill or surgery and do not use alternative health.
