I have ordered 2 bottles (www.pennmac.com/page/147/) and will try my first cup tomorrow. Shipping was $10 for two 1 L bottles. I consider that a good deal.
Generally any extra virgin olive oil will do just fine (and of course, organic is always better as with everything). I have read somewhere that many olive oils contain other oils to save costs but I don't know if that is true. Don't have any reliable sources to find out more about that rumor. Maybe someone else here knows more.
I have used Bertolli from Lucca successfuly in the past and liked it. It is available at Publix and Walmart in AL.

P.S.: The only time I had bad luck was when I used an olive oil from an organic store that had a reduced price and no expiration date. The flush was successfull but I threw up in the morning and I believe it may have been the oil despite the fact that I have used the same brand before w/o problems. Thus, I would always recommend to check the expiration date and not to buy if there's none.

http://www.barianioil.com/ I've been buying my oo from them for years. They're organic, reasonably priced, and wonderful quality. I recently read an article (wish I could remember where) that a lot of the supposedly "pure" olive oil that you buy in stores in America(like Bertolli) is actually cut with corn oil. They can't sell it in Europe because Europeans are used to quality oils and recognize them, so they sell them to Americans because we're by and large ignorant of the difference between quality and inferior oils. Kind of like how we market our cigarettes overseas, but that's another topic...

Anyhow, Bariani is a superior oil and I don't mind drinking it by the glassful. Even my teenager liked flushing with the olive oil/grapefruit mixture. He said it tasted like a yummy salad dressing. I buy 4 one liter bottles at a time.
