Just thought Id post my 2 cents here ...
Im a chiropractor and have worked on numerous patients with scoliosis and also have a bit myself.
What I have found that has worked for myself and my patients is:
1. chiropractic (I know Im biased ;)
2. stretching - intensive and frequent; meaning like some kind of routine where you are stretching 30-40 mins 3x a week. Mainly focusing on legs, LB and back area but also everything else including chest, neck etc ...
3. inversion can help (but IMO there are alot of variables with this).
