Heya, just wanted an opinion on this really. I'm aware that when dealing with digestive problems, what comes out at the end is important to work out what's wrong inside!
Basically, admittedly usually after consuming psyllium to encourage movement, I often get pale orange stool with lots and lots of white specs. Well, I say white, these were more a light yellow, with a tougher outer section. My first suspicion was undigested fats, but they seemed too solid for that.. or
parasite sections or eggs.. but they looked a fair bit like rice and I do eat a reasonable amount of rice. Although actually (I did manage to isolate one and take a few pictures - it's all a bit unpleasant lol but I don't really care I just want to know what's wrong) they seem lumpier than rice, they don't look like grains. I'll put an image or two.

(this last image is just of that single speck cut up)
I really don't know what they are, or why my surrounding BMs are often orangey. I haven't seen any DEFINITE
parasites yet while I've been on Humaworm, but just some odd bits and bobs. I can't remember if I had the white specks before Humaworm or not, sorry about that :(
I'm also taking or have taken a few things to help remove any liver fat or stones (malic acid, Chanca Piedra, sulphur (garlic) and choline primarily and drinking some lemon and olive oil every morning)... I'm not sure if that's related to this o.O
Thanks so much guys,
Mike :)
