First question is how did they diagnose the breast cancer?  Did they just see a lump or did they actually do a biopsy?

If there are cancerous cells present then ozone is my first choice.  Ozone kills cancer cells directly through peroxide formation.  It also kills cancer microbes including HPV responsible for breast cancer.  And it will increase immune stimulating cytokines and peroxides, blocks the lactic acid-glucose cycle, elevates SOD and  helps detoxify the body including breaking down excess hormones including estrogen.

The ozone can be administered several ways including autohemotherapy, rectal insufflation of if you have a access to a glass syringe and know what you are doing the ozone can be injected directly in to the tumor, which destroys the tumor in a matter of seconds.  This can also be done with food grade peroxide, which does not require a glass syringe, but is more painful.  And you have to be really careful not to inject this in to blood vessels, so it is best to have someone with training to do it.  And you only need trace amounts of the peroxide  Even .001cc will take out a very large tumor due to the chain reaction the ozone or peroxide create.  In short the as the peroxides formed from the ozone or the food grade peroxide is decomposed the singlet oxygen released will react with lipids in the cell membranes of other cancer cells forming new peroxides that kill the cancer cells and new singlet oxygens and thus peroxides are formed.

There are various antiviral herbs that can also be used to make sure the viral trigger is addressed.  Some of my favorites include chaparral, andrographis, myrrh (also prevents the spread of cancer cells due to its hyaluronidase inhibition effect), dulse, chagas, watercress, shiitake, and phyllanthus.

I think that the advice to use proper ozone therapy is very good; however, I do not know any ozone therapists in you area and I defer to Hveragerthi's expertise on ozone therapy advice.

When you make your own, you must be careful when handling the oleander and follow the directions carefully.  It really isn't much more difficult to make than a large pot of beans, but oleander in raw form is quite toxic.  Such is not the case when properly boiled and strained according to directions.
