I've never believed the theory saying that we can expel candida till this afternoon. I just went to bathroom and 3 huge white strings (lenght about 5 inches; width about 1 inch and a half) got out of me. It looks like some solid-jelly-white paper kind of stuff. I can also spot something looking like roots at both ends. I am completly astonished. I was feeling really bad since friday morning. I felt that something bad was going on. I always taught candida was microscopic. As I said previously, I took enormous amount of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and P and B caproil shakes previously. I don't know what is going on but one thing for sure: something new is going on. Never seen this before in all my life.
