I came across this website www.crohnsdisease.net where they are talking about a product called Serovera for crohn's disease and different gastrointestinal disorders.
Anybody heard about it?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,657,362There are several of these products on the market. All of them are basically the same: highly concentrated aloe vera. All of them are very expenisve, but I found a cheap alternative the other day: http://www.newchapter.com/products/aloe-vera-force

The Aloe Vera Force doesn't work miracles but it helps. I have no idea how this product compares to the more expensive ones.
