Gulp!
Another piece of the puzzle.
I've been blaming the fillings in my teeth and the various dental 'accidents' of my life.
I requested a test for mercury from our new 'family' doctor and got a reply of 4 out of 49 (or was it 29?) from the lab... whatever that means.
I have been thinking of other possible sources of mercury...like breathing...or drinking water.
I have concluded that noone can fully cleanse unless they unclog their liver.

I like the idea of balancing minerals with a 20 to 30-minute full bath, a footbath, or a hand bath in a 1% solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts...make the sole (pronounced so-lay) by allowing pieces of the salt to melt as much as they will, a 26% solution, in clean water. Then, for every cup of sole used, add 26 cups of lukewarm water (1 kg. or 2.5 pounds of the whole mineral salt to the average tubful).
Apparently a small bath, like a footbath, reaches a much larger area of the body than just, say, the feet and ankles, balancing all minerals, both in and out, by osmosis...entirely through the skin.
Thanks for the heads up, DeadPoets
Let's follow this idea as far as we safely can.
