You guys are all awesome. I do feel bored, yet it is just nice to talk to people that have had experience, and also nice to share with people that are fasting at the same time.
Seems to be a great season to purge toxins - emotional, physical, and spiritual. I sure hope to be hearing from both of you that are fasting as I am (Dawn and Juanita) I imagine some days may be harder than others, however, from what I have read thousands have gone before us.......lol
I guess the less resistant to the discomforts that seem extreme to me from moment to moment will make things easier on the whole process.
I yelled at my husband for eating crackers in the room today. I was taking a much needed nap and woke up to the sound of crunching... just what I wanted to hear..... lol
This morning I could not stop thinking about food, so I got up and made breakfast for the whole family.
My whole family is going through this with me, and I have their support. They are all eating a lot more raw fruits and veggies, and we stopped buying meat. ( Which was not a big deal, since we rarely eat meat anyways.)
My husband is going on a business trip but when he gets home he wants to be on a raw food diet for at least 30 days.
My 16 year old daughter and her boyfriend are also doing the P&B Shakes.
My youngest children could live off of raw veggies and fresh fruit. They are pretty healthy, never had
Antibiotics or immunizations and they hardly ever catch colds. They have also been taking vitamin D3 for a while now, so that helps.
Sorry for rambling, reading everyone's post filled me with joy, and boredom from fasting has me coming to Curezone often.
You are all very inspiring to me, and I thank you all for posting. I feel very fortunate, and blessed.
